Refunds & Policies

Welcome to ConceptFusionManufacturing.com! All of our standard products can be returned for free within 30 days of delivery for approved reasons. We do not offer a warranty at this time on our products.


How to Request a Return / Replacement?

Step 1: Customers may request a return / replacement up to 30 days after the customer's receipt of their order. Customers must request a return by contacting sales@conceptfusionmanufacturing.com with their order number and return request.

Step 2: Our customer service team will investigate the return / replacement request and offer a solution based on our policy.

Step 3: If a return request for a standard product is within 30 days of the order being delivered and the customer is requesting an in policy return, a prepaid return label will be sent to the customer within one business day.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items that are not returned in new condition may be subject to a restocking fee.

Once we have received a return we will issue a refund for the return within 3 business days.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 


Certain types of items cannot be returned, like customized products and custom jobs. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns concerning your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges. To ensure you get what you want please return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

You will be notified once your return is inspected and refunded. If your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
